How do I pay?
Payment is simple! Our bank details are located at the bottom of every invoice. When making a payment, please ensure you use the invoice number as your reference. If you’ve misplaced your invoice, just let us know and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.
At what age can my child join the Pre-school?
Children are eligible to join us from the term following their second birthday. We welcome new starters throughout the school year and are happy to discuss a start date that works best for your family.
My child isn't potty trained yet—is that an issue?
Not at all! We are more than happy to support children who are not yet "clean and dry." We simply ask that you provide a steady supply of nappies or pull-ups, along with a spare change of clothes in their bag.
When should I join the waiting list?
You are welcome to register your interest at any time—even well in advance! To join our waiting list, please visit our 'Make an Enquiry' tab and complete the form.
Can I visit the Pre-school before making a decision?
We would love to show you around! We take great pride in our learning environment and encourage parents to see us in action. Please complete an enquiry form on our Home page, and our Pre-school Leader will contact you to arrange a visit. There is no obligation—we want you to feel completely confident that we are the right fit for your child.
Can I stay with my child during their first few sessions?
Yes, we want the transition to be as smooth as possible for both you and your child. We host induction sessions for all new starters and offer staggered starts or tailored settling-in plans for children who may feel a little more anxious about saying goodbye.
